Offlinehi my name is ismael.... im very new to real estate and im still in the proccess of learning everything about real estate. well since i currently have no money in my pocket and no job to start investing in real estate i heard of a stratgy called bird dogging. well i did some research about it and how it works but im still not 100% sure where to start. so can anyone help me get started in bird dogging and also i wanna know if there is a way to protect yourself as a bird dog. i dont wanna be lied to and get ripped off from a finders fee. well plz someone help me get started in birddogging so dat from there on i can really start investing and fliping houses in real estate. i would greatly appreciate it so much thank you...

You can start off by posting an ad in the real estate section of the town you are in on www.craigslist.org It is a free site, and you can put a post up explaing on how you will help a person find what they are looking for and what exactly you do. You'd be suprised on how many responses you may get. It is free to advertise on there so you can't go wrong, it is a good way of starting. Good luck on your investing and welcome to this great site.
