OfflineCompletely off the topic of real estate, but I just had laser eye surgery last Thursday. If anyone on here has considered it I would definitely recommend following through with it. So far everything about it has been great. My vision gets better every day and should be 20/15 by the end of the week or so. The best part is being able to see at night and in the mornings without my contacts in. I'm almost as excited about it as investing (not really)!
