Hello Lubertha: I am reading Dean's Book "Profit from Real Estate Right Now!". I just got his books. Are you one of his students? I need to find out what I am getting for the extra $29.95 mo. Hello Lubretha: I found the foreclosure website you mentioned. I just need to learn how to use the info posted there. I know I will, because I have the will to succeed. I will learn as I go through Dean's books. I think I will try the 25 to 1 program and if I get any bites I will assign them since I don't have any cash to use now. I know a realtor that is a friend of my mother. I will talk to her and if she wants to help me I will return the favor so she gets her share of the profits. If I can make my first "Deal", I will be off and running. Then I can save some of the funds so I can start buying properties and rent them out or flip them. How does that sound for a plan? Hello Indiana-Joe: That was a real nice deal you made last month. I hope I can do some deals soon. I hope you don't mind me calling you Indy. I am a newby to real estate even though I bought my first mobile home in 2007 through the normal way most people do it with a loan and a 20% down. I got it for a good price and I am fixing it up as I can. It will be paid for in less than a year. I will have more $ to use in real estate investing. I want to bird-dog some deals this year. Just what I'm planning to do. Gain capitol. My long term goal is to have six rental properties this year. With a 3,000 dollar cash flow. Hi Lubretha: Long time, no "type" to. How are things going? The farther I get into Dean's new book the more I like it. I still have to read his Millionaire in RE book. My head is getting puffy from all of this. This is a good felling. I too had filed for bankruptcy in 05. I have been in cognettoe since then. I now have my head sticking out of ground and the sun (future) looks bright, I'm going to need shades. As we go along with this REI, keep in touch and we can help each other in our endeavors. Dean's Free Website for You

Hello Lubretha: How goes it today? I found a way we can get a FREE website from Dean G. You need to find out a name for your company. After you decide what you will call it go to the sign up page at www.usapropertywholesale.com/admin/settings.php and follow the instructions there to create your web site. It is great. You can get buyer lists & seller lists started so when you get some properties listed you can assign them for profit. I made mine up today. I hope to use "Express Property Investments" for my company's name. I need to get a LLC before I launch it though. I am still reading Dean's Profit NOW book. Well take care, John D.

How Are Things Going?

Hi Lubretha: I want to call you Luby, is that OK? I see you have been active in the chats lately. I finished reading Dean's Profit Now book. I started the RE Millionaire book. I signed up for the AFF program and I have a name for my company, now. It is "Express Property Investments". I need to set up the website and get my 800 number. This should help things along for me. Hello to all in my DG fam. First, I want to thank Dean personally for showing us that if we dream it, it can become reality. I bought Deans books last month from his infomercial. I am tired of just working week to week and using my Fridays as my bill paying day. I want to get somewhere in my life. After I read Dean's book , "Profit From Real Estate Right Now", I am slowly in the process of getting off my back pockets of my jeans so to speak. I joined the DG Foreclosure Alert. I also purchased the AFF program, (Automated Foreclosure Finder). I now have a official looking website & an 800 number. I named my new company "Express Property Investments". you can find me at epi.buyforeclosure.com I would like it if you could visit my website and give me any feedback that you can offer, good or bad.I would like to thank MyDestiny, Lubretha and Indiana-Joe for their words of support & inspiration. It always helps when other members are team players. I can feel that times are a changing. I have fair credit but no money to invest. I really like Matt Larson's 25:1 strategy and I will get with my REA to see if she is willing to make multiple offers on my behalf. If I can do a couple of deals with assignments. I will have more resources to start to buy and rent or flip these properties. I will keep you informed as to when I do my first "Killer Deal". I hope all of you can get motivated and off your "Pants pockets", too. I am starting to feel like one of the Allman Brother's band members, a (Ramblin' Man).
