You may want to write them a letter and inquire if they have an interest in selling their property that you would like to discuss the terms and conditions of a sale. If they contact you, they you can start the negotiation from there. Just try to have your numbers ready so you know what range you want to offer after you take a look at the property and start to review the numbers. Good luck with this poetential deal.
