Back At Square One With RE Agent Search

I thought I had found the right real estate agent. She is fairly new to real estate and she told me herself she was pretty enthusiastic about working with an investor and learning something new.

We had already been looking at two properties and things seemed to be going well on those two. Once I provided my offers to her for the two previously mentioned properties, I sent her an email detailing the 25:1 strategy and I gave her the search criteria I wanted for that. She replied back and said it seemed like a lot of work. She also mentioned that my low offers on the other two properties might damage her reputation and she was just trying to get started in real estate and reputation was everything. She told me she would talk it over with her husband this weekend and she would let me know if she wanted to continue to work with me or not.

So here I am. I thought I had found a good one. It's no biggie. I will start my search again and find another agent. In the mean time I am going to submit my offers myself.

I just wanted to vent this out a little bit. It was a pretty heavy blow. I was pretty excited to finally get started only to get the wind knocked out of me. I refuse to let any obstacles get in my way from attaining my goals. I know these are tests and I have to keep pushing forward to make this happen.
