DG Family wanted in San Berardino County

We have tons of homes here in San Bernardino County that need attention, and that we can make some money! But I need to network with like minded investors whom we can share profits with. I have been busy contacting real estate agents in my area and they are saying that short sales and reo's are the most popular here, but I'm trying to find a loophole so that I can assign these. I have also found over 2000 preforeclosures ! Please help! PM me Thanks

I'm in Yucaipa area (San Bernardino County). I would like to network with local REI. I am very new to this. I have ordered the books and waiting to recieving them.
