OfflineMy wife Stacey has always told me to "carpe diem" (seize the day)! I often think about this when I have "one of those days". I enjoy spending my free time on real estate and the DG website. I think real estate has become a passion, a business and almost better than my favorite hobby because I don't view it as work.
At times real estate investing can be hard, difficult and frustrating. It may seem like you are not getting anywhere and nothing is happening. You may not see the change in you but others may see this change each day! The knowledge you acquire each and every day better prepares you for tomorrow. Everyone has problems and issues they encounter on a daily basis, but how we get through these problems determine who we are.
Do not let today's problems hold you back from striving and achieving tomorrow's goals!!!
Never let a bad day, a bad experience, a naysayer or a "NO" stop you. Enjoy everyday for what it brings and soon you may have a different outlook on your future. You may not be where you want to be, but you do control where you go from here!
Through time and effort whatever problems, hurdles or roadblocks you may have will hopefully diminish. As Dean often says know your "WHY" for real estate investing. Know your why for doing real estate and enjoy your life each and every day. Wake up each of the next few days this week and CARPE DIEM!
This is the day you have a new outlook and you are going to enjoy life and keep pursuing your real estate investing dreams! You can do it! Don't lose that passion, determination or desire! Believe and Achieve!

That is why DG is great to come here for support and get inspiration from others sharing their successes. Like momma always told us, "If you don't ever get up off your behind, you'll never get anywhere"! Getting somewhere means taking action and not being bashful (shy) to speak up and ask for the things you want or need (in some instances)! Recycle the knowledge that you learn from here and apply it to your life and your own (current) situations. There are those of us who have been in tremendous debt and/or are still in tremendous debt and we're not letting those obstacles hold us back.
Having debt or little or no money is a temporary thing. They only become permanent when you let them cloud (for lack of a better word control) your train of thought. Get over your excusitis and get out there do some deals.
Remember God in all you do!
"I will NOT BE BROKE! ANYMORE!"
