This call was the Best

Sometimes there are posts from the site that are automatically removed due to other students flagging a message. Since some valuable posts are automatically removed, we are working on a different solution this morning. We have had it set this way because with the thousands of posts per week we can not police the entire site at all times, so we let our students and technology handle it. We will tweak this sensitivity moving forward. Thanks for you feedback and we appreciate everyone's great posts and love having you all on the site.

FYI - Very, very few posts are ever deleted.. We like all opinions here at the dg family site;-)

wow! that call was amazing last night! im so motivated and ready for 2010! so with no moeny to my name but literally $40. i tried to order the dvds the first time but got froze out. so about 12:45 at night i got an email saying it was fixed and that everyone who ordered then would get a free book no matter what. that for me was the deal breaker, and the sign i asked God for. so i ordered it, and since then i honestly couldnt be happier or more motivated. This just shows that while Dean can help everyone in real estate, but he can motivate and change peoples lifes, just becuase he is an excellent role model, friend, and encourager. thanks you again Dean!

Thanks for addressing the posts getting deleted. I'm sure you have been busier than ever with the "SuccessFest" thing going on, so I appreciate you taking the time to respond to it...

I think you know I'm a huge proponent and fan of this DG website and try to participate as much as possible and help out as many as I can personally. I'm one of the many true believer's and I just noticed that some posts were getting removed if they had a negative tone to them. Yeah, there will always be the naysayers, but those of us that make up this great DG family know what the truth is.... But, it's important to me that the blogs are an open forum for everyone to voice their opinions, feelings and ideas without the thought of it possibly getting deleted. To me that just takes away from it's legitamitcy...

But anyway, THANK YOU and all the members on Dean's team for giving us the support we need for success. I'm looking forward to getting the first 2 DVDS just as most of the other DG members are as well.

Today is Oct 29, 2009 and I have finally had enough! Being broke is no joke. I spent the last of my money yesterday when I bought Dean empowering conversations DVDs.Today I had to scrape up change around my house just to put gas in my car,but I know that small sacrifice that I made will be worth it in the end. Today I realized that I'm tired of being broke, barely making it and living from paycheck to paycheck. So I decided right then and there that I was going to do what ever it took to start building wealth for me and my family. I have been through it all divorce, mounds of debt and foreclosure all happened before my 25th birthday. I have let the fear of failure hold me back from moving forward. I know now that no matter what has happened in life you can always move forward and be successful. Thank you Dean and DG family for all the knowledge and inspirational stories that you so unselfishly share so that others can prosper and build wealth. I used to be fed up my circumstances but now I'm fired up about about being a successful real estate investor! Thank you again and I can't wait until I get the DVDs.

Let go of the Past! Live in the Present! Look to the Future!

This is my first post and it took the teleconference to do it. Hearing everyone on the phone saying hello and then the goodnights told me that this is a family that is dedicated to being successful. Letting loose of the FEAR, my FEAR that this was just another snake oil sales pitch. I am re-reading the books again, letting loose the DOUBT, and disregarding the NAYSAYERS telling me I'm CRAZY.
Like You said Dean, LOVE LIFE,TAKE ACTION. This is my first step. My next is to call Jarred, who left me a message the other day and I have not responded. I was scared to. I thought nobody had problems like me, but looking through the website, viewing videos, reading the books...I AM NOT ALONE! It's time for me to TAKE ACTION. Thanks Dean.

OMG that call last night was just what I needed and it is so funny the whole time Dean was talking I was thinking that I did not have the money to purchase it so what was I listening for and when he said 20 bucks my ears perked up, Now yes I did end up spending a little more but I was able to take advantage of the offer. I am so excited.

Now my only problem is how to get the mp3 download now? Anyone know the secret?

I will be honest here. Many of us do not like to hear the truth, and prefer to be lied to. Dean is sincere in what he is saying. You do not expect others to make your success possible, it is only you who could make you successful. At times, we may feel a little intimidation, especially when something is new to us and that is okay. But like cbrpower little quote says,"You've got to find your obstacles and call them out! Unsheathe the sword, and do battle with whatever it is that holds you back." In the past, my obstacle was, making contact with realtors and brokers. I soon learned it was very easy. All I did was to post an ad on Craigslist that I was willing to birddog, of course for a fee. I receive three responses. I refuse to communicate with one of the senders, another did not respond to my e-mail and the last one e-mailed as well as called me and we are now working together, all from our own homes. There is no deal as yet, but my heart is saying one might be in the works soon. We have to stay focused on what we want in life and claim it as ours. A great call tonight, even though I missed the live event the replay did the trick for me. God Bless.
