Real estate sign

Is it appropriate or not to drop a flyer at a house that has a sign in the yard?

House has been on market for a long time 1 year plus

Yes, it is a good idea to try, you never know. I heard most real estate agents get the moajority of their new leads from dropping off a card or information sheet at the "For Sale By Owner" (FSBO) properties. Thus, this could be an option for you especially if the listing is going to expire. Good luck with this potential deal. Believe and Achieve! - Joe
