Real Estate Attorneys

I have no money but willing to get started in assignment deals and bird dogging. I need to find an attorney. When trying to find an attorney, will they require payment up front? Or, at closing? How does this work for someone with little cash reserves?

Its tough to say some will

Its tough to say some will be willing to work with you while others will require payment upfront,You really dont know until you call and speak to the attorney.
