OfflineCan anyone give me some input or advice? Do I need the Tax Club for LLC setup and the other things thats going to cost me almost another grand. Is LegalZoom another option. Do I need to move fast like they are telling me for taxes before 2010? Im a bit sceptical with Tax Club and wanted to know if the DG admins, members, and affiliates of DG.com aprove or recommend the Tax Club or even better path to take in this scary world

I did a little research on the internet and didnt find many favarable comments about them so I thought maybe I should find out directly through Deans forums and get some pros and cons but I see SBA Small Business Association website and Legalzoom and a couple others and Im just starting and havent even did my first assignment of contract yet. Im still reading Deans books and here is the Tax Club on me like a car salesman and I naturaly got a bit spooked and was also wondering if they are approved by deans team
If you want to be successful you need to treat this as a business not a hobby. Yes, maybe a bookeeper could do it, but do they have the knowledge and experience to guide you in the right direction? You need more than a bookeeper. That's my 10 cents. Anyone else want to chime in?
