Today me and my wife went to the single house 3 bed/2bat,1 car garage prices is $170.000 with no money down. But the Seller ask me about Pre-approver letter from the Bank. Me and my wife have a good job, but both of us very bad credit, because I'm on Chapter 13. Here I need some exeperence from you or idael.I try to get private loan, how i go get No money down, please show me to get fisrt deal. I know, I ask you some helps is not rigth,I think,we are the boat. thank you all of you to read my story.

so sorry I haven't got back to you, got new job and have been away for training.
From all I have gathered and after two conversations with Mr. Skulka, his ability to make loans for your potential buyers are excellent. I do believe it would be worth your while to contact him and get info concerning his requirements.
