OfflineHello Everybody. I live in NC and googled we buy houses. It resulted in alot of websites that buys houses. This can be a really stupid question but to the REI pros that are on this site, could this be a good lead for investors or should I be cautious when I call these sites. Should I just call them to ask questions or should I call them when I have a house under contract.

I my area I have found that most of the I Buy Houses signs and web sites are wholesalers also. They are looking for a good deal to put under contract to solicit to their list of buyers.
Every once in a while you might actually run across an actual cash buyer.
