Flipping used mobile homes

Is anyone in this group buying older used mobile homes for cash, then selling with owner financing?
I put "test ads" on Craigs List, Kijiji and Backpage to judge demand and had 26 inquiries in a week!
I'm anxious to get started and wondering who else is doing it?

No, but

I will partner with you on deals in which we buy the mobile home park if the owner is willing.

If you know of a mobile home park for sale that is not listed by an agent, we can work out a deal and split profits.
