OfflineIt appears the only section of the flyers located at YOURTOWN/ADS is the contact phone number which points back to a 24 hour recording. I don't have a 24 hour recording yet. I thought I read that you could take the existing PDF Format and edit it to your market and or liking. Am I wrong?

John, you can edit PDF's but you have to have a software program to do it. You could purchase a very expensive Adobe program or you can purchase for $20 or so a program called PDF Fill Editor. Google it and get it right away. I've used it for over a year now and it's great.
