purchasing a home for myself with bad credit

Hey guys I just wanted to know of any advice out there about what would be the best way to go about purchasing a home for my family with zero money and bad credit if possible.

Look at lease option or sometimes called rent to own. FSBO (for sale by owner) properties are a good place to set up a deal. You may get a few no's prior to getting a yes but it is worth the effort. Do a search in the upper left corner of the main screen for Greg Murphy as he has great info on this topic. Did you join the academy?
