INSIDER'S EDGE SEMINAR 2010

INSIDER'S EDGE SEMINAR 2010

Does anyone know about the 3 day Insider's Edge Seminar?
They did it in California now and some other company in partnership with DG is running it. It's Advanced Financial Education out of Utah running it.

Next steps to success are a $25,000.00 investment in your education to learn directly from mentors in your own town and also a trip to Vegas to potentially buy properties at a very low cost.

Goal is mentorship and education and them helping you walk through your first deals ultimately till you get your 25K back in cash flow/investments. Steep price. Any insight from anyone that has more info about these folks and program would be appreciated.

Lead trainer is Keith Bradshaw and Matt Richards. Others are David Stamper, & Carrington Fisk.

insiders edge seminar

no this is a real seminar with dean's face and name on it. run by
other organizations that do these kinds of programs for dean and
other real estate investing groups.

"steep price"

If you attend a licensed Rich Dad Education seminar which offers advanced Real Estate Investing training through outfits such as Tigrent Learning, you will find the price to be comparable. The question is, "What am I going to get out of the process?" If you accept the mentoring and training, chances are good that you will successfully make a deal that covers your educational investment within the sixth month target period, which will then be your foundation for continued wealth creation.

What's the difference

What's the difference between paying $25k for tuition and using $25k for an investment? Right now you can find properties for $20k in certain parts of the country. If one had $25k they were willing to commit, might one be able to joint venture with another investor? Maybe provide the 20% skin in the game a HML lender requires to fund a deal? Or fund the rehab on a property for a share of the profits? You can put materials and labor on a credit card just as easy as you can put tuition on it. If you joint venture, you have taken action, if you put tuition on a credit card, you haven't taken action and you may end up in the same boat as someone who took out a student loan and has no job upon graduation, only you are paying it back at double digit interest rates. I am not attempting to minimize the value of education. You can learn to be a CPA at Harvard or you can start at your local community college. There are tons of content available for free on the internet. Go to Ebay and get used courses for a fraction of their original price. You can get $5,000 boot camps for $39.95. Just my opinion and I may be wrong.

Why not the EDGE?

?? it's a fraction of the cost.

If you are that unsure....

If you are that unsure, invest that money in Dean's success academy. You'll get mentoring, education and hand holding if needed. Then, you wouldn't need to ask this question. And it shouldn't cost you 25K.

Hope this helps...
