Optimistic newbie looking for help

Hi there. We're new to the DG family and RE investing altogether. I am currently reading through DG books and learning a lot, but not in a financial situation to get fully started.

Lost the home we have been in for 6 years due to the owner letting the house foreclose without a word and continuing to take our money, as well as constant rejections to requests if they would sell to us! The home has recently become REO.

Looking for an investor that can help us out with either the house we're in or get into a home in Sacramento, CA area (by L/O or another means), a positive since we're already involved with the community and area activities. My wife and I are highly motivated to get our business and new path started, but also optimistic to creating a foundation first.

From most of the readings, I see a possible positive outcome being that it would help us gain an understanding in the program strategies, retain the home we're in, and provide a base operations for us in this venture, as well as the home consistency of my family.

I see so many helping each other in ways that I've not heard of in many other programs. That positively shows to be a great network when people are more helpful than passive, and we are excited to become a part of that. If anyone has an investor of Hard Money or PML type available, I would be very interested in working something out. I have had great conversations with some of the DG family so far (Thanks John!), and look forward to positive motivation moving forward. We just need to get over this hump to begin the rest of our lives.
