REI Excuses

The BIGGEST reason/excuse I've seen/heard is 'I don't have time'. Make time!

We ALL have 24 hrs a day, it just depends on how YOU choose to use it or waste it.

STOP hanging out with your dead beat losers friends wasting time and money-find a better class of losers. They have been doing the same stupid stuff for the past 10-20 yrs, and they will probably continue.

If your SOCIAL life and making excuses is MORE important than you and your family's financial future, continue what you're doing and STOP whining and blaming everyone but yourself.

Take that time you're WASTING watching tv and playing video games and better your life. Games are for children.

Start going to REI Club meetings and learning more about REI. Read Deans books and study the course. Read the forums here on this site and use all the other info here- ask questions. Start calling FSBO ads and get use to talking to sellers and asking them questions.

Learn the property values in your area.

Call 'for rent' signs- they are investors/buyers.

Go to the foreclosure auctions and talk to the cash buying investors there that are bidding and start your buyers list.

ONLY YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR SITUATION IN LIFE.

If you want to change your life, it requires YOU making changes. So do it!
