Hello Everyone:

I need to know if I should ask a new buyer for a proof of funds letter to make sure he is the real deal? Or do I wait until I find him a house first? I just dont want to do all this work and find out he does not have the money. He says he is a cash buyer and that he buys 4 to 5 houses at a time. What is the right way to handle this. This is my first buyer and I dont want to scare him away. Please help me!
