OfflineI can't believe that 2010 is going to be over with. I think I just got use to writing the year. Now, I will have to remember to change the 0 to a 1, especially when writing out checks.
Every year we promise that we will do something different - we vow that this time we will honor ourselves and honor our resolutions. But we may fail us. Remember you have the entire year to accomplish your goals, don't stress out during the first week of the new year.
Each new year is a fresh start, a clean slate, a do-over if you will! Heal yourself and give it another try. Make 2011 matter! Carpe Diem! :0) - Stacey

...Its been a wonderful time with real estate and working with Dean's principles, techniques and strategies. Each year we accomplished more than the prior. Thank you for your voice of reason and encouragement to those of us out here wanting to make a difference as well as a change in our lives! You are an inspiration and I appreciate your leadership.
My main goal for 2011 is to become financially independent and productive. The emotions I feel with the thought of those goals are serenity and peace. If I don't complete either of these goals by dedicating myself to implementing the guidelines you have given us in real estate investing, my life will continue to be stressful and difficult to maintain. I am done with it being this way so failure is NOT going be an option for me this year!!! May God Bless you and your family with many blessing in 2011!
