Letter template for probates??

Hey everyone! I'm new here as well as a brand new RE investor. I would like to get started with contract assignments on properties I find through probate. Does anyone know of any really good letter templates to send to the representative that you've have had success with? I know what some of the basics are which the letter should contain but would like some more details if possible. Any help would be great!!
