I didn't find the seller, my buyer did. she wants help from me and keeps asking for it which is o k as thats what im trying to get into. How can i make anything off of this sale as i keep telling her how to go about it hoping she will bring me on board. Now she wants me to go see the house and do an inspection on it for her for cost analasys on repairs. I want to help her but i also want to be compensated for my efforts. How do i gharge for this service?

Have her sign a contract with you stating that you are purchasing the property, and you sign your name and/or assigners. So you can show to buyers and get repair estimates,etc.
