I want to agree with Joe and say CONGRATS. That is an awesome feeling to get money back, after all the money you have made on your 5 deals. You have to agree Dean and PMI are people of their word.
Keep the momentum going now and don’t stop at just 5 deals. Make a goal now to do 2-5 deals a month and utilize what you have learned to create the snowball effect. Now that the ball is rolling, keep it moving forward. Good Luck!!!
