OfflineI cant believe this is really happening! I just finished my first three classes through the success academy and I am currently working on building my buyers list for wholesaling. Well what do you know, my doubts are turning into beliefs! People are really calling from the ads placed online! I dont know how much of a quality investor they all are but I have at least 3! Two of them are about and hour west and an hour east so not sure how that will work out but its a start! Thanks to all the great advice this sight is awesome! I will be attending a real estate investors meeting tonight hopefully will meet some people there

It really does work I and my wife have not joined the success academy but we did attend the insiders edge event and are currently finishing up deans book. we have applied what we have learned and our receiving calls. We have an agent and we have placed some ads. We also have a potential deal in the works. We have found this website to be very helpful. Those ones will attract cash investors the first two are ghost ads and attract all different sorts!! Just tell them the propewrty is no longer available but you get them all the time! Good luck!
