Cash Buyer Seeking SFR in Nor Cal

I am working closely with an agent who has a cash buyer that is seeking SFR in Nor Cal. I have his LOI in hand and will put you in touch with his rep if the asset(s) are verifiable. He is ready to buy now and close even sooner.

What city is your cash buyer interested in buying?
