OfflineHi everyone, I always see success stories on here but it seems that most of these deals are either down south or on the west coast. Is anyone actually making a deal in the Rhode Island Connecticut or Massachussets area as of now. If so please pm me so we can talk and maybe I can get a few pointers off of you. Right now I am following the Rock bottom Blueprint, but who couldn't use some partners for inspiration.

I just started the Rbbp recently as well and I am in RI. I just got the realtors that I needed and now on to getting the buyers. How bout you?
the areas in those states. Not sure about CT, but there are some great areas to invest in RI and MA. I do multi family units and would still invest up there, 3 family units are big in MA and ccheck around colleges for multi fams. If you want to buy and flip not sure about the area.
