I read your post about being frustrated, and I understand what you're going through! Succeeding in rei does take a lot of effort and perserverance! but if you keep at it wholeheartedly it will happen! find a rei club in your area and network with some experienced investors there and ask them if you can help them find deals-not only will they be happy for you to do that, but they will also show you the ropes!
