Just had to hop on and tell you all this is easer then I thought. I am in the middle of my second 5 days and I all ready have two realtors sending me everything I ask for and more.Plus when one has a property come in with my crytieria it is atomaticly Emailed to me,even befor she sees it, isn't that great. And I have 2 buyer tennaunts with cash wateing for me to find them a home.If it keeps going like this I may be able to go to the next Edge event. Well thats about it for now, just got exited and had to let someone know. I will keep you posted.

I am in central Vermont, and thats what I thought also but so far if you read Deans books or take his corses, All you have to do is get the word out and things start to hapen. Do it and you will be supized to.

I am new to this program. I purchased 2 weeks ago, but due to my schedule I have not been able to start. My first start date will be on 8-25-2011 and I can't wait to get started and to seek out mentors along the way. I will be posting as I go along and hope to see much success along the way. Hey y'all,
I just got started a couple weeks ago but have already gotten set-up with a realtor, posted ads and got a buyers list, have had conversations with lenders, registered with www.homepath.com and www.homesteps.com, got an LLC set-up, made a couple of offers and found someone with money who wants to partner with me for my credit.
Trust me, I'm no superstar but I decided to take ACTION.
Anyone who is wearing wings and badges next to their names on the threads will tell you it all starts with ACTION.
Oh,and I have made mistakes and then realized that the answer came the very next day through reading or a thread like this. Somehow or other the mistakes don't seem to matter after you have the answer.
You may not know the answer IS the answer if you haven't tried enough to know the question. PONDER THAT!
