OfflineI have started looking for attorney's to include in my team as I begin the process to reassign properties. The problem that I am coming accross is that the attorneys want to be paid up front. How do I get around this issue and what should I say in order to convince the attorney to get paid at the close and completion of a deal?

Wow the same last name - awesome! In doing more research (right here on the site) i found that some people went through there title company. I know that legalities of this may vary from state to state. Thanks for looking into it. I will let you know as I continue to research what I come up with.
