Real Estate Attorneys
I have started looking for attorney's to include in my team as I begin the process to reassign properties. The problem that I am coming accross is that the attorneys want to be paid up front. How do I get around this issue and what should I say in order to convince the attorney to get paid at the close and completion of a deal?
