OfflineIf you are rehabbing a property and need to purchase materials, Lowes offer a 10% discount if you just provide some information online, they will email you a discount card for any purchases. I have used it multiple times and save money on my rehabs. Also, dont forget that Lowes will not charge you any taxes if you use their labor and their materials.
