We then send a letter to the personal rep, offering our condolences on the passing of their, mother, father, sister, brother, etc. & explain we would be interested in purchasing the property. We explain the added costs of homeowners insurance, property taxes, repairs, maintainance, & theft or vandalism on a vacant property & that we can close quickly with cash.
