IRA private money in public records

I found a bunch of properties that were purchased with self directed IRA accounts from Equity Trust in Ohio.
The individual's names are there but their address shows that of the Equity trust company.

How can I find the information of these individuals to approach them about private lending?

Generally speaking,

you can't since the IRA Trust owns the home. The trail ends there.
