Has anybody used this service?

I recently came across a site, www.PrivateMoneyGoldmine.com, and I'm wondering if anyone has any reviews or comments about them. It seems like a pretty great program, but wanted to see if anyone had any experience before I tried them. Thanks so much and have a Merry Christmas!

Hey, Jonny~

Hey, Jonny~

Be aware that many of these types of subscriber lists for "private money" are mostly individuals who are hard money lenders, mortgage brokers, and the like...
not "Dutch Uncles." Sad
Perhaps, you can look to relatives or friends who have an IRA or 401K retirement account. They may have interest in investing their money in real estate for a much better return on their investment. Do some poking and research to see what it takes to invest with these vehicles. You'll also find a local Self-Directed IRA Specialist or two at your REI club(s). Often they have [free] educational classes and/or consultations to explain and help with plans, administration, and tax advantages. You and your potential partner can attend together. With SDIRAs, there is the freedom to invest in (and control) tangible assets such as real estate, land, foreclosures, promissory notes & loans, commercial property, LLCs, LPs, JVs, and precious metals, etc.

Private Money

Hey Jonny,

I have not heard of this site before and honestly have not had a chance to look over it. I agree with Liberty Kat as well with their suggestion. If you are looking for hard money or private money check out some from deans other site www.totalviewrealestate.com click on step 2 and see the entire list. A couple other students have used and liked a lot are www.brokeviewfinancial.com, www.besttransactionfunding.com, and also try www.morfinancial.com.

Thanks,
Shah

Johnny

looks like this is a third party person who charges you a monthly fee to give you access to a list of PMLs and HMLs; you still have to contact each lender on the list on your own and find out how much they charge, what their requirements are, etc.

I would call them and talk to them to find out more about them; do they have any references? how long have they been in business? do you have to pay any fees upfront besides the website access fee? (that would be a red flag), do they refund your money if you decide it's not for you?

Due diligence always a must! Eye-wink
