Anyone have experience with private lenders?
Anything to look out for?
Questions to ask?

private lenders

Hey....you need to find Other investors in your area......perhaps at REI club meetings etc......meet people in the business, put an ad on www.craigslist.org and ask about Hard Money lenders......
