Anyone Funding for Properties in the U.S. to a Non-US Resident living outside of the U.S.?

Is there anyone who lends for properties in the U.S. to people who live outside of the U.S.? I am looking to purchase a personal property in the U.S. but would need financing/mortgage.

Overseas funding.

I would love it if someone would take the bull by the horns and make this suggestion a reality. I'm a UK resident and could cry sometimes when I see US properties going begging for very little money when I know there is a good profit to be had if only we could get the funding.
