I think everyone has some preconceived notions about a variety of things in life. For me, it's foreclosures. Can foreclosures be purchased with conventional financing, wholesale, fix and flip and/or buy and hold? This may sound like a dumb question to some, but one can't get answers without asking. Any input would help.
I think yes you can finance a foreclosure property if it is bank owned or a short sale, but not as easy if a Sheriff sale or auction foreclosure property. That is because you usually need $10,000 or 10-30% at the auction and you have less than 30 days to pay the rest. It is hard to get banks to work that quickly, in my experience. Good luck!
