Somebody posted a new HML - can't find the thread!

Help! In the last month or so, someone posted a new HML that was started by a friend of theirs. I remember checking out the website, and being really impressed with it. I *thought* I saved it to my favorites, and now can't find it, or the thread.

Help! I'm trying one last time to resuscitate the apartment deal via HML!!

Thanks so much! I bookmarked it for sure this time, LOL! Unfortunately, they don't appear to loan in Oregon yet (at least the rehab loans). But, I bet they'll get out here soon.
