and see who they can connect you with to find out all the information you need regarding for grants for veterans. Finder a HUD lender who is familiar with HUD financing for multi-family housing. This is link http://www.hud.gov/offices/hsg/mfh/progdesc/progdesc.cfm point you in direction to find out information for your State regarding possible HUD programs in your area. The section 8 will help your case, but I know with VA home loans they dont allow you to use them for "flipping purposes". Unless there might be some stipulations like what you're doing to help people. Other then that, havingto live in the home of said VA loan is one of their requirements unfortunately.
