OfflineThis probably is the most frequently asked question and i am sure could be answered with many solutions. If the subject was not a hint i am a college student and that being said living the impoverished life. I am extremely dedicated and will always try to make the extra buck. Other then getting a job, which i have but is not cutting it , what could i do in real estate right now that could give me money to put away and someday invest. Hope to here from someone soon!

Post ads on craigs list or any other free advertising website or newspaper you can think of looking for investors to give your awesome deals too!! There are a bunch of investors out there that are looking for bird dogs all the time. I know here in my city there is an investor that posts ads on craigs list looking for investors. But that is an easy way to get your feet wet and make some extra money every week.
refer other students as prospective tenants to private landlords needing new tenants for their income properties. If they rent the apartment or house from them; they (landlords) will pay you a referral fee. Get it all sign in an agreement between you and landlord.

You may want to continue your education and also learn as much as you can about real estate. The opportunities will come and you will be in a good position to make money. Another idea may be if you find a great deal, try to find a cash partner for the deal. This can be a way to start building your real estate portfolio without any of your own cash. If you can't find a partner, try to lock-up the deal and then assign it for a profit. Good luck with real estate investing. Believe and Achieve!
