ANYONE USE

Has anyone used Blazevic funding they are listed on the 65 hardmoney lenders.

I have been in touch with them but they want $750 up front for membership.

Any help would be great

Another Dg member and I started talking to them about deals in Ohio, but I must say that the 750 was never brought up. I know they hold a bunch of properties all over the place, or at least they did at that time. Sorry I couldn't give you anymore...Jan

FUNDING: UP FRONT FEES

I am very new to this program. I received my "packet" today (16 Apr 10).
I have been reading (today) posts on other forums.
It appears to me that the "norm" is that there should be no "up front fees", other than a "small fee" for an application.
General train of thought is that up front fees are not "legal". Advice is to stay away from any source requiring "up front fees".
Only exception is as noted above.
Also, out of country (non-USA) sources should not be used. Too complicated!
