IF YOU DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH THE BANKS. THEY ARE EASY TO FIND PICK UP SOME HOMES MAGAZINES, REAL ESTATE PAPERS THEY ADVERTISE IN THEM...ALSO ALL REALTORS HAVE MORTG. BROKERS THEY WORK WITH AND KNOW OF...RIGHT NOW THEY ARE ALL LOOKING FOR WORK.

Can anyone help me with getting someone who is willing to help me to refinance a home? I have tried several mortgage brokers and banks but they all said that I am over levergae and cannot give me a laon. I got a foreclosue home through hard money guys and the term is expiring in 2 months time. I have completely rehabbed this home and is now in the market but it is not selling. Please help me! I live in the Philadelphia area.
The mortgage broker introduced us to a smaller bank when her large bank turned down our loan. We closed on the financing a week and ago with fair terms. Now looking to turn the property into a cash flow lease unit. That was a total relief!
