I just wanted to know if anyone was able to find a local bank here that does no seasoning refi.
I found one but they require a 720 credit score.
If anyone has one that has lower requirements please let me know.
Also I have a local bank here that does purchase and rehab financeing at 7% and they only need half of the rehab cost as a down.
Any help would be great thanks

is to find a small community bank that holds their mortgages in their own portfolio and does not sell them to Fannie Mae. If they sell them, they have to abide by guidelines or Fannie Mae won't buy them.(this is simple exlanation not the long one on securitization of assets and pooled mortgages)
