OfflineI'm new to the real estate world and very dedicated and ready to get started the only problem is I am having trouble finding financial support to get the deals done. I live in the mid west where there are some great deals. I'm a little bit lost does anyone have any pointers that can help a new investor along the way. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

jordan has good advice !! read,read,study and when you feel confident with what you r learning then you can ask or create the financal ability to make things happen ....although if you read,study and find a mentor to help myou then you can do no money down deals as dean teaches in his books.spend ebery free minute on this site studying...then ask questions and you will cut your learning curve in half.good luck ..and you have come to the right site to get as much free info and like minded success driven investors anywhere !!!

Hello Jay. Thanks for the response. I took Jordan's advice. In fact I went a step further and joined the academy. Being successful in real estate means way more to me than just be financially freedom.
