How to become a cash Investor?

How can I become a cash investor?
How do cash buyers purchase property after property?
Do they use equity from other properties?
Do they have excellent corporate or personal credit?
Are they a group of investors using combined funds?
I'd appreciate tips on how to do it . I would love to be a cash investor. Thanks

I am direct to the VP of a $100 million dollar open-ended debt and equity fund which actively writes checks to fund businesses with an EBITDA of at least $1 million a year. We fund also have access to up to $500,000,000 for the purchase of distressed real estate, specially commercial $7,500,000 and up.


Cash Investors

That is a good questions on how to become a cash buyer. First look into resources that you already have like equity in a property, a 401K that you can take out a loan on, a realative that has money, or the things you metioned in your question will work also. When you buy a property cash find a bank that will do a no title seasoning refi, pull the cash out and do it over and over. For example, if you pay 60% of value on a property and you have a bank that will refi up to 70%, you will be pulling out an extra 10% on each deal.
