We have four grown kids in college, three properties, and a passion to leave the rat race behind. When we have animal companions, they are our kids, too. We are open to a new dog companion or two, but she has not found us yet.

Our entrepreneurial history includes thirteen years in real estate as partnered investors, ex-Realtors (both), and mortgage brokering (just me, but also ex Smiling). In short, we've paid our dues.

It is our decision to spend our 50's buying and selling real estate while working and playing together across this great nation.

We seek like-minded, freedom-loving, peaceful folks for friendly business alliances and mutual education.

90 year old duplex.upper bathroom had old galvanized pipe from toilet to sewer..discovered stains in ceiling below had been covered with white shelac so went unnoyiced at time of purchase even by prop guys..Investigation found tile floors lifting and rotten sub flooring and original tongue and groove flooring rotten..turned into $2500.oo renovation just changing toilet .WHEW!
