A-B-C Transational Funding for your RE Business

Hi, DG Family

Does any one knows about how can I get a Financial institution that does my Real Estate Investing Transactional Funding A=Seller + B=Buyer and + C=Buyer only in a Day? I have found one company but I do not know how the double closing works, your comments and help is appreciated. PM me if you will like the name of the company that I have found. but I just do not know if it is legal to do two closing in a day.

Hey, There are two good website you should go to, one is coastal-funding.com and another is insiderscash.com. Check them out, hope it helps

just do a google search for transitional funding and you'll find many sources. Many students here have used coastal-funding.com with no problems. 2 closings in a day is normal. Not illegal.

I use a great TF provider. No up front fees that are kept if the deal does not go through. A flat 2%. And REAL POF letters that are specific to the subject property and buy amount. When your lender calls to check out your funds they will not hear HUH? on the other end. These are not generic POF letters. The TF provider will supply their bank statements to PROVE that you are good for up to $600,000. These generic companies mentioned above will work if the lender does not call to verify your funds. If the call your deal is done. Not with my TF provider!
