OfflineHello every one could some body help me with some advice, it will be greatly appreciated.
I have a few buyers trying to get financing by the banks but they haven't have much luck because their credit score is too low so I think that If we get a property owner financed will be the only option at this point since they have money to put down, so the question is how do we do this? Have any one done it before ? Is it possible? and what do we need to do?.

Have you considered using the lease option method. Read some of Greg Murphy's posts, he is the expert at these. But you would just find a property that would fit the needs of your buyers, negotiate a lease option with the property owner then do a lease option with your buyers for 12 or 24 months (enough time to get their credit back on track). At the end of the lease term your buyers have the option to buy the property. Again, check out Greg Murphy's posts. Hope this helps.
