Where Are All the Joint Venture Capitalists???

Where are all the Joint Venture Capitalists? Does this not exist anymore? I have a great deal that I would like to JV with a cash investor; 83+% ROI for cash investor plus majority holding in project. Anyone know of someone with interest? I see so many posts about "lending," and "funding," but not about joint venture partnerships.

Where are you posting?

PR Barbara, Where are you posting? Maybe they are right under your nose?? Are you advertising in PR in your local paper? Try Craigs List in other cities also, if your not doing that already! Try putting a post into Craiglist in Phoenix. Try Denver, CO where the is an extrodinary amount of wealthy R/E Investors, and also Salt Lake City, Utah! Just an idea.

Hey there, Joey!

I'm not advertising locally; I'm posting all over LinkedIn on all the funding/lending/real estate/investment groups, both US and global. I'm also posting on every REI web site that I belong to. Didn't realize I could post something of that nature on CL. I am talking to local people, prodding for interest, but nothing yet. I have one more local call to make to a very well-known local investor here, so we'll see how that fares.
